• Repair leaking areas. Install or apply vapor barrier to inside surface of exterior walls and crawl space.
• Surround pipes and other cold surfaces with insulation to prevent them from sweating.
• If you detect a leak around your toilet, reset bowl with new wax ring.
• If you notice any fungus or mold on interior surface of walls & ceilings, check for water intrusion. Install a dehumidifier. Call us for a free inspection. Vent clothes dryer to the outside. Insulate house. Install ventilator in kitchen and bath.
